Course pre-requisites

Completion of  an AQF level 7 bachelor degree in a law or law-related discipline, within the previous five years; and

Achievement of an overall grade point average of 5.0 (i.e. credit average) across their bachelor degree, with credits or better in law.

Minimum English language proficiency requirements

Applicants of non-English speaking backgrounds must meet the English language proficiency requirements of Band 2 Schedule II of the 石榴视频 Admissions Policy.

Course learning outcomes

In the context of a 石榴视频 graduate, on successful completion of the Bachelor of Laws (Honours), graduates will be able to:
