ʯÁñÊÓƵ

Bringing together the region’s young people and closing the distance between ʯÁñÊÓƵ and schools.

As part of ʯÁñÊÓƵ’s commitment to support and build the aspirations and confidence of our region’s young people, ʯÁñÊÓƵ Outreach will support travel subsidies to each catchment school to attend ʯÁñÊÓƵ on campus events in Cairns or Townsville.

Criteria

• Schools applying for the travel subsidy must be one of ʯÁñÊÓƵ's HEPP priority schools.
• Subsidy allocation is to the closest ʯÁñÊÓƵ campus of either Cairns or Townsville.
• Events significant to the school, ʯÁñÊÓƵ and the HEPP program will be considered.

Subsidy allocation is dependent on distance travelled to the closest ʯÁñÊÓƵ campus event.

Application

Please complete the Travel subsidy application form and send to outreach@jcu.edu.au. Application approval will be confirmed on an individual basis.

Payments

Once application approval is confirmed:

• An email confirmation will be sent to the nominated school contact with instructions and a  purchase order number requesting an invoice.
• School to draw up the invoice (GST is not applicable) to ʯÁñÊÓƵ Outreach, ʯÁñÊÓƵ for the approved subsidy allocation.
• Electronically issue the invoice to:
