General Practitioner (GP) registrars are afforded the opportunity to undertake training in a range of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Service settings throughout northern and regional Queensland.

In the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service setting, registrars are trained in comprehensive primary health care service delivery, working in a multi-disciplinary team. Advanced Skills and Extended Skills, as well as Academic Posts in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health are also available.
