Student Learn石榴视频 - Troubleshooting Access

Are you having trouble logging in to Learn石榴视频 or missing a subject in your list?

Important: You will need to sign in through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using the ForgeRock App.  If you are having issues with MFA please go to the MFA help guide.

Unable to log in to Learn石榴视频

If you are unable to log in to Learn石榴视频, try the following steps:

  1. Use Chrome or Firefox
  3. Restart your browser
  5. Still unable to log in? Contact the IT Help Desk for login issues.

Unable to access a subject site

If any subject in which you're enrolled are not listed in Learn石榴视频, follow these steps:

Log in to eStudent > choose the Enrol Online link in the left-hand menu > click on Current Enrolment.

If you require assistance with your enrolment, email enrolmenthelp@jcu.edu.au

If you are enrolled and your subject availability is listed but you still cannot access Learn石榴视频 or you can access but there is no content …go on to step 2.

Contact your subject coordinator or lecturer to check if they have made the subject and learning material available. Subject sites may be empty because they are not in use or, in some cases, the lecturer has made them temporarily unavailable while they are preparing materials.

If your central enrolment record is correct according to eStudent, and your lecturer says the subject site is available, contact the IT Help Desk for login issues.

They will need:

  • your full name
  • student JC number
  • and the full site code of the subject (e.g. 19-AG1000-CNS-INT-SP1).
