James Juniper is a lecturer in Economics with the Newcastle School of Business. Before entering academic life in 1990, James worked as a policy practitioner and researcher in both the Commonwealth and State Public Services. He has also worked with both “blue-collar” and public sector unions. James has supervised three PhDs applying Stock-Flow-Consistent macroeconomic models, along with other PhDs on a diverse range of topics including sub-national development, land zoning in regional NSW, financial development, TQM and environmental management, the philosophy of A. N. Whitehead, water management in Jordan, the modelling of technology innovation systems, and the regulation and prudential control of Australian financial institutions.
Associate Professor Voak is a Talent Management and Career Development specialist applying 25+ years of human capability building experience across Australia and the ASEAN region. Adam is admitted to the High Court of Australia as a Barrister and Solicitor and holds Fellowships with the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and the International Specialised Skills Institute.
Dr Fairman has lived and worked in Indonesia and Timor-Leste for more than a decade designing and developing human capability and institutional strengthening programs for public, private and government institutions. Dr Fairman has developed a meaningful practice intervention model for assessing donor interventions in HRD programs.
Dr. Shilpa Deo is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Humanities & Social Sciences at DES Pune University, India. Dr. Deo has completed her PhD from the premier and India’s top-ranked institutes in economics - Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics, Pune, India. She has successfully cleared the prestigious national entrance test organized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) known as UGC-NET to receive the ‘Junior Research Fellowship’ award. Her teaching and research interests have been in development economics, micro and macroeconomics, research methods, and international business. She has published several refereed chapters, an edited book, and referred articles in national and international journals of repute. Dr. Deo has won the “Best Research Paper Award” for paper presentation at two International Conferences.
Dr. Mansi Kapoor, an accomplished MBA graduate from India's leading Central University (B.H.U) and a distinguished PhD holder in Leadership and Spirituality from the renowned Savitribai Phule Pune University, brings a wealth of academic expertise. Her authored work, "Global Business Environment: Shifting Paradigms in the Fourth Industrial Revolution," published by Sage, enjoys international recognition and serves as a prominent textbook in universities across the UK and the USA. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at 石榴视频's Centre for Business and Trade in Asia (CITBA), Dr. Mansi Kapoor has presented papers at esteemed institutions such as Yale University (USA) and the University of Birmingham (UK). Her extensive contributions encompass multiple publications in prestigious international journals.
Dr Chao Wang is a Professor at Shandong University, China. His research interests include Logistics and supply chain management, Green travel and low-carbon transportation, 3E System Collaboration (Energy, Economy, and Environment), Data driven planning and operation optimization of transport infrastructure.
Dr Quang Chinh Nguyen is currently affiliated the Business Faculty FPT University, Hi-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. as a senior lecturer. He is also an Associate Professor International Development department, Midwest University USA. Dr Quang received degree of Doctor of Science in Engineering and Technology Management from California Southern University. From industry practitioner and project management diversity, he has linked practical insights to a broad scale of business and engineering courses. His research interests include urban mobility, human-environment resilience, and sustainable construction.

She is a certified trainer from Thomas International for Personal Profile Analyst, Certified Transactional Analysis Trainer, Certified Transactional Analysis Practitioner, Associate Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, certified in Positive Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Coursera), awarded the best teacher in HRM and OB from ICFAI University for 3 years.
